Refund policy

AssetForge sells downloadable template packs. Because the files are delivered immediately, refunds are limited.

14-day refund if unused

If you bought the wrong pack, or the files do not open as described, email the Stripe receipt within 14 days. We refund when the zip has not been used to produce client or public work.

What we do not refund

• Change of mind after the files are in use
• Edits or custom work on top of a pack
• Results from ads, SEO, or email performance

How to request

Reply to the purchase receipt with the pack name and the problem. Chargebacks without that email are treated as disputes, not refunds.
